Download.services.openoffice.org is not responding at least since yesterday evening.

This means that downloading OpenOffice.org is practically impossible for most
users (they could try to locate a mirror by themselves but that is not really
obvious)

This is a big problem that should be solved ASAP!

Thanks for filing the issue.
Machines hosting the download redirector, our source repository and the
conference system are not available. 
We are look to find solutions for the different services as quickly as possibole.

Work to revive access to the affected systems is ongoing. The US business day
will show which/whether short term workarounds are necessary.

For hg, conference further investigations are necessary. We don't expect a short
term recovery but face a longer downtime.

For download.services.openoffice.org a fallback is in place (thanks, peter).
The DNS change should have propagated by now and download redirection work
smoothly again.

Seems that for a short period of time, the machine was online -- at least during
the night (European time), the Twitter bot on conference.services.oo.o retweeted
something... but is unreachable again.

The source repositories at svn.services.openoffice.org and
hg.services.openoffice.org are up again. 
Please note that the IP address changed and it may take a while until the new
address propagates.

As you noticed work on the other services are ongoing.

conference.services.openoffice.org is back too.

The download redirector is connected and we'll switch back from the fallback
machine beginning next week.
