On http://surveys.services.openoffice.org/surveys/index.php?sid=13577&lang=nl
there is a character coding problem. 
"Kies Ã©Ã©n van de volgende antwoorden" should read 
"Kies één van de volgende antwoorden".

Another thing, the link "venster sluiten" (close window) on the final page of
the survey doesn't work for me. I have Firefox 3.6.3 on Windows XP and I checked
that Javascript is enabled.
