The access to security reporting, procedures, and the bulletins archive needs to be more prominent and easier to find and navigate.

Although all official work is in English, including the signed plaintext advisories, there needs to be a means for non-English users to find essential information about update notices for their information.

This may be a meta-task for a number of subtasks to assess and accomplish this.
