http://www.openoffice.org/issues/enter_bug.cgi 
gives a list of components of which one should be selected as covering the 
issue. 
 
I suggest a much better ordering would be to put all the language-support 
components below the other ones, as this plethora of short acronyms makes 
it much harder to find non-language ones.  This would not matter much if one 
always knew exactly what name was sought for non-language options, but one 
often doesn't know this and needs therefore to go through the whole list to 
make sure there isn't a better category.
