The extension repository website (http://extensions.services.openoffice.org) 
currently does not show the display name of an extension. Only the  display name 
can later be seen by the user in OOo's Extension Manager. The name is also 
localized. When the website supports localization, one could show the proper 
display name according to locale used by the page. You can find more information

In case the web page uses a locale for which no corresponding display name exist 
then the website should use the same algorithm to determine the display name as 
the Extension Manager does. Thus we can ensure that the Extension Manager 
shows the same display name as the web page does. The algorithm can be found
